nuts and bolts of creating a conservation easement, the workshop will
cover the financial and legal implications of this popular land
conservation tool. Presenters

structuring conservation easements and the resulting tax implications of
using this tool. The workshop

Annual "Family Fun Day". May 4th from 11-3 at
Brown's Town Campground - south side of town on 395.This year's theme is
"Everything's Ducky!" Please come and enjoy our

Enclosure and the care for the hundreds of birds and small mammals we
care for each year. There will be great raffle items (donated by
