Trail Restoration Project with Friends of the Inyo and the BLM

Join us for a day of stewardship restoring a user-created path near the Pat Keyes trailhead. The day will be spent raking away tire tracks and vertical mulching (planting dead vegetation upright to create a physical and visual barrier to travel). Volunteers will be provided breakfast and lunch!
📅 Date: December 13th, 2025
⌚ Time: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
📍 Location: The group will meet at the Friends of the Inyo office in Bishop (621 West Line St, Ste 201, Bishop, CA, 93514) and carpool/caravan to the worksite. If you joining a town South of Bishop, we will provide you with GPS coordinates to meet at the site.
🐻 What to Bring: Closed-toe shoes, sun protection (hat, sunshirt, sunscreen, sunglasses), plenty of water, and snacks. All tools and PPE will be provided.
