DESCRIPTION:The 21st Annual Backcountry Film Festival (BCFF) returns to Mammoth on January 31st\, 2026 at Mammoth Mountain’s Main Lodge\, bringing a celebration of human-powered adventure\, winter storytelling\, and public lands advocacy to our community. Join us for an evening of action packed and inspiring films\, an awesome raffle\, and popcorn and cookies. \nDoors open at 5:00pm and films start at 6:00pm\, come early for a drink and to check out tables featuring supporting businesses and local organizations. \nAll proceeds from Backcountry Film Festival go directly to supporting Eastern Sierra SnowSchool\, now in it’s 9th year of getting Inyo & Mono 5th graders out into the mountains and learning about winter ecology and snow science.
