Great Basin Bakery

If you are a breakfast person and love freshly baked bread, a stop at Great Basin Bakery is in order. Grab a classic egg and cheese bagel to go or even a scrumptious Mt. Tom Sandwich on a baguette to savor later on the trail.

Erick Schat’s Bakkery

A favorite among both locals and visitors, this pastry shop and bakery is a must-visit when you’re in town. Featuring a vast selection crafted from turn-of-the-century recipes, all their bread is baked in stone hearth ovens with no preservatives. Remarkably, they produce six times more bread daily than the entire population of Bishop.
