Little Lakes Valley Interpretive Hike

Summer is calling and the mountains are answering! It’s officially hiking season here in the Eastern Sierra, and we are excited to be lacing up our boots for a summer full of fun and educational guided interpretive hikes.

When: Saturday August 30, 8:00am – 11:00am
Where: Meet at the Mosquito Flat trailhead kiosk
What: Easy 3 mile out and back hike to Box Lake – get above 10000 feet and learn about the unique high alpine ecosystem.

All ages are welcome on all of our hikes, but children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

We recommend dressing in weather appropriate layers, having sun protection such as hats and sunglasses, wearing comfortable walking/hiking shoes, and bringing a small pack with water and snacks.
