Experience Sound Baths with Amanda featuring the magic of crystal singing bowls! Throughout life, we accumulate and store trauma in our nervous systems that cause internal body disharmony.  Sound baths foster a supportive space for deep relaxation and healing through sound. Quartz crystal singing bowls create pure and powerful tones which releases concealed traumas. No prior experience needed. You will lay on the floor for 45 minutes (bring a yoga mat, pillow for behind the head or knees, etc); wear loose fitting cozy clothing; please be punctual to not impact the sound space once created. Reservations Required.

Yoga & Acupressure – A Self Care Workshop with Romina

Come practice Gentle Yoga in which you also learn acupressure. Gain understanding of the Chinese meridian system (each month we will focus on a particular body part or “system”) in which you can apply to your daily life. Price:  $25 Drop-In - Monthly Members use your code for 10% this workshop. In-Studio  & Online.  Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 30 minutes prior to class time. You must sign-in to book a spot in this class.
