Sierra Snow

We serve authentic Hawaiian shave ice with all natural syrups. We offer the addition of ice cream on the bottom. Try topping it off with a Snow Cap, Caramel or Whip Cream. Customers also love our delicious organic lemonades. We are a mobile food trailer. Look for us at community events in the Eastern Sierra region from April through September. We are also available for private events and fundraisers.
