Independent Project Press
The Independent Project Press is such a great addition to downtown Bishop. They do hand printed letterpress, with lots of specialty cards available for purchase at the store. They also have a gallery that hosts really high quality local and visiting artists that is always worth checking out – very top notch artwork including prints, specialty and experiment photography originals, paintings and sculpture. They also offer letterpress classes that produce very cool works, some available for purchase. If nothing else, it’s worth going by to see their production space and all the enormous printing machinery on display.
