Shoshone Museum

The Shoshone Museum houses a large collection of artifacts and documents that record the history of small mining community. It also serves as a showcase for the geology and natural history of the Amargosa and Death Valley region. With the establishment of environmental protections and increased eco-tourism to the region, the museum is central to the interpretation and preservation of these vital resources.
