Pumpkin Extravaganza

C5 Art Studios 210 S. Warren Street, Bishop, CA

C5 Studios is hosting a Pumpkin Art Carving Contest.  All members of the community are invited to participate.  Turn in your carved or decorated pumpkin to C5 Studios (210 S. Warren St.) on October 27th from 5:00pm-7:00pm.  $10 for each entry. Toiyabe Road Run

The 38th annual Toiyabe Road Run will take place Saturday, Nov. 2 at Millpond Recreation Area. Onsite registration is from 8 to 8:45 a.m., with 5K and 10K races starting at 9 a.m. and a 1K at 9:15 a.m. Pre-register by Friday, Nov. 1, by calling (760) 872-2622 to receive a discounted entry fee. Proceeds from the event benefit the Jill Kinmont Indian Education Fund.
